!Terms of service!

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWINGAs an artist I have the right to decline any request for any reason.1.Payment & Delivery
-50% or full payment will be paid upfront then after I send the sketch 100% of payment has to be paid. No refund after the sketch.
-Delivery can vary anywhere from a few days to a month+, depending on complexity of the drawing or my personal life.
-For an additional character the prices are marked below
-Complex prob +$52.Communication & Revisions
-Communication via Instagram or email. The finished piece will be sent via email in a png format.
-I will accept multiple minor changes throughout the process (coloring, small details, etc.)
-Only one major change during the sketch stage, after I start rendering no major changes (pose, clothes, etc.)
-I will send updates throughout the process. Feel free to ask for updates (in moderation) at any time!
-If your background is a solid color you can request multiple different background colors.3. Usage
-For personal use only (no commercial /AI /NFT). This includes phone wallpapers, profile pics, and posting on social media with proper credit in bio or caption. Personal prints are allowed, but distribution of the prints for profit is not.
-If you would like me to not post the art on social media then you will have to pay a $5 fee.4. Refunds / Cancellations
-As stated I will not refund after the sketch. So once you give confirmation no refunds will be allowed.
However...
-If for soem reason I am unable to finish your commission, I will refund 100% back.
-If you want to refund before I start the sketch or during the sketch you will get 100% back.
-As a final reminder you will not get a refund if you decided to cancel the commission after the sketch.5. Client Obligations
